Ballpoint pen from Canterbury Cathedral Timber – gun metal

This lovely pen is made of ancient oak which was reclaimed from the Nave of Canterbury Cathedral during its recent restoration. It is thought that the oak would have been installed about 1400 AD so the timber itself will be over 600 years old. Although the outside of the wood looks rough and full of medieval nails, the timber on the inside is pristine. This pen has gun metal fittings and comes in a stylish black presentation box. A very special and unique gift for a wood lover.
